Planethon is an impact-driven consultancy which thrives to make a planet positive world. I joined as the first employee in 2020. Since then, I have been part of multiple global projects in the capacity of project lead or business designer. I have shaped Planethon’s methodology for strategy and innovation using socio-ecological science and design thinking. 

Notable projects and my role:



1. Strategy for global innovation lab for a global payments provider. Role: Project lead and strategy process designer

Managed a global project to deliver a strategy for a sustainable innovation lab for a payments provider. Collaborated with a diverse team of professionals with expertise in science, innovation, business strategy, and sustainability. Designed the strategy process, OKRs.


2. Innovation project for a leading Nordic bank. Role: Project lead and innovation process designer


Worked with a leading Nordic bank to prototype a product which utilizes payments data to offer sustainability insights for large companies. Owner of user journey and designed the innovation process including all workshops.


3. Strategy for a photography museum.
Role: Project lead and business designer

Designed and led a process for sustainability innovation strategy for a global photography museum. Worked with a multi-disciplinary team comprising professionals in science, business strategy, art, and food and beverage services.


4. Course Director, Berghs School of Communication

Designed and delivered an executive course for Berghs school of communication. The participants included editor-in-chiefs, data scientists, journalists and business analysts.

5. Futures Prototyping for a global payments provider. Role: Project lead


Worked with scientists and business strategists to imagine radical future scenarios for global payments provider. Methodology used – strategic foresight and sci-fi prototyping.

6. Product development for Planethon
Role: Sprint lead 
Ongoing work with CTO at Planethon to develop a tech product which gives data driven insights for sustainable actions. Responsible for project delivery and user journey.


Managed a project to attract early stage start-ups which SPLIT Stockholm could invest in. Responsibilities included evaluation of business ideas and attracting entrepreneurs to apply for the challenge. Results live at www.splitchallenge.se

Partner and creative director in New Delhi based design studio, Gabambo Design. Grew the team from 2 people to 10 people. Focused on direct-to-consumer brands, start-ups and NGOs. Responsible for brand strategy and visual design.

Client facing brand strategist handling Integrated media campaigns. Worked with large award winning campaigns – for offline and online brand placements. Designed campaigns and strategy for clients. Notable clients - HCL Technologies (IT Services), Oxigen Wallet (fintech).
